Expansion Protection

The 2026 PWHL expansion is a multi-phase process: each team protects 3 in Phase 1, then 3 more in Phase 3. In between is Phase 2, where the four expansion teams sign the best unprotected players league-wide. This tool simulates that window, so a player a team would protect in Phase 3 can be signed away first. Each card shows who is safe, who is lost, and who can still be salvaged.
